began working with the NHS in Oxford before specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients.He has a keen interest in Occupational Health and combines this with an active interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Having been based in Oxford, he has worked closely with local consultants for many years and ensures that every patient is treated and rehabilitated to ensure treatment goals are achieved. He has completed postgraduate courses in manual therapy, muscle imbalance and muscle energy techniques and has special interests in upper cervical and rib pathologies. His interest in sport has led him to further his knowledge and complete an MSc at Oxford University in ‘Science and Medicine of Athletic Performance’. Ali is keen to apply his experience of sport with his clinical knowledge of sports injuries to help his clients to rehabilitate and return to full function. Ali has been extensively involved in many sports both as a physio and as a competitor. A keen rugby player, Ali has 2 Oxford Blues, has represented England Students and was a part of the Gloucester RFC Premiership Squad in 2007-2008. He has developed interests in accelerated rehabilitation and with his specialist knowledge of high level sport is able to use this knowledge to rehabilitate to a high specialist level.

Cat graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with an honours degree in 2003. She has worked in a variety of specialities within the NHS before deciding to specialise in the musculoskeletal field.

For three seasons she was the Physiotherapist for Old Dunstonians Rugby Football Club; running weekly clinics for injury management and rehabilitation and attending match day for on the spot treatment and advice. She worked closely alongside the players, coaches and management to ensure optimum rehabilitation for each player. Cat has continued her professional development through study, working alongside specialists in the musculoskeletal field and attending courses. Cat has a specialist interest in rehabilitation and getting clients back to their optimum fitness, particularly to a higher level and back to sport or training.

Catherine graduated in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath.

She is trained in acupuncture and is a member of British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) and Sports Massage (Sports Massage Association level 3). Catherine has been involved extensively in many sports and thus has developed many interests. She was the lead physiotherapist for OURFC for 5 varsity campaigns and toured with them to Japan, South Africa, New York and Vancouver. Since 2005, she has worked with junior national and county players at the WHTLC, an LTA satellite and completes regular preventative screening alongside treatment. She completed a work placement at the Nick Bollettierri Academy in Florida in 2010. Catherine was an Official Physiotherapist for Team GB at the World Winter Students Games in Erzurum in 2011. She is currently the lead physiotherapist for the Oxford Hub for TASS, a government funded programme to produce elite Olympic athletes.

Emma has progressed with Premier working in a number of clinics and corporate settings and is now our Clinical Development Manager. Emma has a wide range of Assessment and Treatment skills including; Muscle Energy techniques, Acupuncture, Functional Fascial Taping (FFT) and Manual Therapy techniques, specialising in Sacro-Iliac joint dysfunctions. Emma enjoys working with both acute and more complex chronic conditions and works closely with other Health Professionals to ensure that every patient is treated and rehabilitated to ensure their treatment goals are achieved.

completing rotations in Burns and Plastics and Outpatients at a senior level, gaining solid rehabilitation and manual treatment skills. During this time she also undertook an acupuncture course and now finds it an invaluable tool, especially when combined with manual therapy and exercise prescription. Most recently she has worked privately in London where she has gained a good knowledge of how the private sector works and further improved her assessment and treatment skills. Having run a marathon as a personal challenge she understands the frustration of an injury affecting your training. She has a special interest in biomechanics, injury prevention and sacro-iliac joint problems and constantly strives to improve her knowledge by attending post-graduate courses.

This broad experience has enabled him to build a holistic view of how the musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory systems of the body work together. Luke has now chosen to specialize in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has rehabilitation skills that cover the sporting elite through to elderly care. He has completed post-graduate courses in Pilates and is currently studying for a masters in orthopaedic medicine. Luke is a keen sportsman who enjoys running, cycling, weight training and surfing. He also holds two black belts and has fought competitively in mixed martial arts.

A keen advocate of Pilates and core conditioning, Tori both practises and studies the art in the endeavour to further her understanding of the benefits and assistance with injury prevention.
